JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 302 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused Manu Khan. Petitioner has claimed clean antecedent and he is in custody since 13.8.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and his clean antecedent, prayer for bail of the petitioner is
