2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of a writ in the nature of a writ of Mandamus commanding the respondents by restraining them for encroaching Khatiyani (Ancestors) Land of petitioner without

Patna High Court CWJC No.13375 of 2025(2) dt.21-08-2025 2/2 his consent and without following the rules of land acquisition Act at the instance of respondent No. 8, Mukhiya of Panchayat Raj Saraipur, further a writ in the same nature be issued upon respondents not to disturb the title and possession over the land of the petitioner."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the Collector, Vaishali at Hajipur in next four weeks.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the Collector, Vaishali at Hajipur in next four weeks and if such petition is preferred, the same be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest after hearing and noticing all the parties preferably by 31st March, 2026.
