Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.5098 of 2019 arising out of Malsalami P.S. Case No.203 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 16.380 litres foreign liquor and 5 litres Beer have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
