The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case no. 230/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 302, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Kari Yadav, the brother of the informant was going along with Mukesh Yadav and Amardeep Badhai, the petitioner. The dead body of Kari Yadav was recovered.
It is submitted that the petitioner has no enmity with Kari Yadav. Mukesh Yadav was on inimical term with Kari Yadav but there is no eye-witness of the occurrence.
Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner was also found in the company of Kari Yadav, the deceased and Mukesh Yadav and thereafter the dead body of the deceased was found, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
