1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The petitioner has filed this application alleging deliberate and willful defiance of the order, dated 21.12.2021, passed by this Court in CWJC No. 1702 of 2020, whereby, the direction was given to the opposite party no. 5-Circle Officer, Gogri to decide the Encroachment Case No. 03 of 2018-19 within a period of two months.

3. Learned counsel for the Circle Officer, Gogri, submits that order, dated 21.12.2021, passed by this Court has been complied and Encroachment Case No. 03 of 201819 has been disposed vide order, dated 12.11.2024.

4. Considering the aforesaid, this application stands dismissed.

5. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order, dated 12.11.2024, passed by the Circle Officer, Gogri, he can prefer statutory appeal in accordance with law. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) ashwani/- U
