The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Begusarai Mahila P. S. Case No. 05 of 2019 registered under Sections 323, 341, 498A and 313 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
