JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being sister in law (Gotni) of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non fulfillment of dowry demands. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the date of marriage is not mentioned in the FIR but the victim has three children and she was married more than seven years prior to death. It is further submitted that the accusation is omnibus and general against the entire in-laws family including the petitioner. More over, the informant has retracted from the initial version and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35073 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No.74 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
