This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is suspicion gainst the petitioner and coaccused, Amit Kumar, that they committed murder of the husband of the informant. There is no eye witness of occurrence and co-accused, Amit Kumar, has already been allowed regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 7160 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 63 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sheohar, or successor Court.
