====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ------------- 04-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No.330 of 2014 registered under Sections 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation is that when the informant was present at the Panchayat Bhawan, at that time, the petitioner alongwith his associate Subhash Mahto alias Virappan reached there and shot fire at the informant through pistol causing firearm injury on the chin of the informant and, thereafter, the petitioner and his associate Subhash Mahto alias Virappan fled away from there and made firing.

No.13396 of 2017 (3) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that while the allegation of firing at the informant has been made against the petitioner and his associate Subhash Mahto alias Virappan but, in the medical examination, only one injury was found on the chin of the informant, which is of simple in nature, caused by hard and blunt substance. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 02.01.2017. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No.330 of 2014.
