This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 02.03.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9070 of 2021, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the cause title of Cr. Misc. No. 9070 of 2021, in the order dated 02.03.2022, the father name of the petitioner, Guddu Kumar has been typed mistakenly as "Najay Mahto" in place of "Najay Mahto @ Nageshar Mahto @ Nagendra Mahto". Similarly, in place of district "Nalanda" it has been typed as "Nawada". He has also made prayer to extend the time for surrender of the petitioner. The order dated 02.03.2022 is modified to the extent that in place of "Najay Mahto" it shall be read as "Najay Mahto @ Nageshar Mahto @ Nagendra Mahto" and similarly, in place of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66915 of 2022(3) dt.08-02-2023 2/2 district "Nawada" it shall be read as "Nalanda" and the time for surrender of the petitioner, Guddu Kumar and furnishing his bail bond is extended by further four weeks from today. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
