====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 43 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 120(B) and 121 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and 17 C.L.A. Act and also 10,11 and 13 of the U.A.P.A. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37108 of 2018 with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after framing of charge. It is further submitted that the charges in this case have been framed on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68880 of 2018(2) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 19.09.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-V, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 43 of 2018.
