Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 25 of 1992 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 330 of 1998, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act and section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act. It is a case of misuse of privilege of bail and petitioner was declared absconder and remained absconding for more than 12 years. Petitioner has been arrested on 22.09.2020 and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9787 of 2021(2) dt.03-06-2021 2/2 Sessions Trial of the year 1998 is still pending for trial before the Sessions Court.

Considering the conduct of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
