ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 04-09-2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, the petitioner has deposited some amounts before the Recovery Officer. That the appeal filed by the petitioner was dismissed by Debts Recovery

Patna High Court CWJC No.12563 of 2023(3) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad solely on the ground that the petitioner has not pre-deposited the determined amount. Learned counsel has stated that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with a leave to approach the DRAT, Allahabad by way of review of the impunged order.

2. Permission is granted, time of four weeks' is granted for the petitioner to file a review. In case any review is filed, the same shall be decided on its own merits in accordance with law. In case any adverse orders are passed by the DRAT, Allahabad, the petitioner is free to challenge the same before an appropriate forum.

3. With the above said directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
