2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 149, 341 , 323 , 307, 332, 337, 353 , 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely Sanjay Kumar Prasad alleged that on 02.08.2023 , when informant and other police personnel were going on police vehicle for patrolling, in the meantime , this petitioner along with other 30-35 persons pelted stones on police party due to which vehicle of police personnel got damaged and when extra police force was called, then all the accused persons fled away .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

5 . Learned counsel the for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that this petitioner is habitual offender of such type of cases and he is accused in 9 cases and he is also involved in illegal mining of sand.

6. Considering the fact that this petitioner along with others pelted stones on police party (enforcement agency) due to which vehicle of the police got damaged and as such, this petitioner has taken law in his hand, which is very serious in nature and criminal antecedent of this petitioner and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
