Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 54 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. Petitioner has not committed any fraud. Certificate was granted to the petitioner by the competent authority and it is not forged. Petitioner's father name is Hare Singh and not Ramkant
