The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No.2099 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 420 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged that Rubi Khatoon, petitioner No.1 took money for providing her job but Rubi Khatoon did not provide her job nor returned the money. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that complainant and the petitioners are close relatives and on account of some land dispute, this case has been lodged. Considering the aforesaid facts and nature of

No.74487 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 allegation made against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Tr. No.1934 of 2016 arising out of Complaint Case No.2099 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
