Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Alipur (Tekari) P.S. Case No. 38 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 149, 201, 302, 304 (B), 506, 511 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant who is the father of the deceased has alleged that petitioner along with other family members killed his daughter due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is the step mother-in-law of the deceased. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Similarly placed co-accused has been granted bail by co-ordinate bench of this court in Cr. Misc.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63917 of 2018(2) dt.29-10-2018 2/2 No. 8831 of 2015 vide order dated 10.04.2015. Petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Gaya, in connection with Alipur (Tekari) P.S.
