Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307,337 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner allegedly caused injury at the head of the father-in-law of the informant by bricks. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2020. Considering entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10274 of 2021(2) dt.30-06-2021 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bibhutipur Police Station Case No.106 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
