The petitioners being the brother-in-law (Bahnoi) and father of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after about two years of the marriage for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand.
