Patna High Court CWJC No.18760 of 2019(3) dt.15-12-2022 2/2 issued by Nodal Officer E-Tendering has not extended the date of E-Tender.
(ii) And for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the eye of law."
Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instruction, states that, in view of the intervening developments, the present petition has become infructuous. As such, petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
