2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):

"i. For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents concerned to select the petitioner on the post of Vikash Mitra having higher marks 73.80 and dismiss the selection of Respondent No.-7 who has wrongly been selected on the post of 'Vikash Mitra'.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12427 of 2025(2) dt.02-09-2025 2/2 ii. For declaration and holding that petitioner deserves to get her selection on the post of Vikash Mitra and she should not be debarred from her selection on the false and concocted allegation made by Respondent No.-7."

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the contents of the petition, it transpires that the petitioner has filed an application/representation before the Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, Bhagalpur on 3.12.2024, a copy of which has been brought on record as Annexure P/9 to this application.

4. Without going into merits of the case of the petitioner, this application is disposed of directing the Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, Bhagalpur (respondent no.4) to decide the application of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ application stands disposed of.
