The petitioner seeks bail in Sherghatti P.S. Case No. 88 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. About 280 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the Ambulance of which the petitioner was a driver.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25109 of 2017 (2) dt.06-06-2017 the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Sherghatti P.S. Case No.88 of 2017.
