The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Foreign liquor was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner and without proper investigation prosecution report has been submitted in this case. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2019.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of the charges or after completion of two months of custody whichever is

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below having immovable property in his name.
