JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 420, 406, 409, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 13(2) and 13(1)( c ) & (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

Allegation against petitioner is that there is irregularity in the purchase of materials at Sasaram Nagar Parishad. It has been submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is a lady and has not committed any offence as alleged. She is in custody since 25.4.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like
