The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Ben P. S. Case No. 2 of 2018 dated 07.01.2018 instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

There has been a theft of a tractor. The name of the petitioner has transpired only on the confession of a coaccused. Considering the nature of accusation, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below
