The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 182 of 2015 arising out of Maheshkhunt P.S.Case No. 36 of 2015 registered under Sections 399, 400, 412, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Earlier the application for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 14.12.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 55869 of 2015.
Regard being had to the gravity of offence and the fact that the looted motorcycle, ornaments and country made pistol were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and looted articles were duly identified by the victim of the crime as also the

No.26347 of 2016 (2) dt.14-07-2016 2/2 fact that the petitioner has been made accused in at least one another case of the same nature being Chautham P.S.Case No. 36 of 2015 registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected. The learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Khagaria, before whom the matter is said to be pending, is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
