Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 222 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation against the petitioner is recovery of 26.100 liter of foreign liquor from the roof of the house of the petitioner and also from the motorcycle.

It has been submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 08.10.2018.
