The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Barhara P.S. Case No. 66 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the FIR, petitioners along with other coaccused persons having armed, threatened the informant and his associate to get the trucks loaded with sand passed without checking and ultimately got he said trucks passed forcibly which were overloaded with sand and thus, caused heavy

No.63090 of 2021(2) dt.12-07-2022 2/2 revenue loss to the government and on protest, by the informant the co-accused persons opened fire causing gunshot injury on the leg of the informant and his associate namely Gulam Safdar. It is submitted that specific allegation of causing gunshot firearm injury is against co-accused Kunal and Karan, so far as these petitioners are concerned, they also fired but nobody got injured. Petitioners have got clean antecedents. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 66 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
