JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-12-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 465 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 324 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault to the informant by means of knife.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that that although there is allegation against the petitioner of assaulting the informant by means of knife, however, the injury caused to the informant was found to be simple in nature. Further petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 28.04.2018.

Case No. 465 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
