The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 354, 354(B), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8, 13 of the POCSO Act.
As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, when the brother and uncle of the informant went to petitioner's house to make complaint against this petitioner regarding his indecent act against informant, they were abused & assaulted by petitioner and his family members. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is quiet innocent and has committed no offence, as alleged in the F.I.R. In fact, on the alleged date, family members of the informant assaulted father of petitioner with rod, for which, Didarganj P.S. Case No. 18 of 2020 was registered against father and other family members of informant. Injury is simple in

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Patna in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 13 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
