Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 408 of 2016 registered under Sections- 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4158 of 2017 (2) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 408 of 2016.
