Regard being had to the nature of allegation and the participation which is alleged against the petitioner also in taking away of the deceased, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 222 of 2014 under Sections 364, 302 etc. of the Indian Penal Code.
