JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner and other coaccused is of killing the daughter of the informant for non fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2016. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering with the evidence against the petitioner. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. She is separate from the mess and property of the husband of the deceased. The main allegation is against the husband of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25246 of 2016 (4) dt.18-08-2016 2/2 deceased.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S.Case No. 60 of 2016.
