Petitioner seeks bail in Bairiya P.S. Case No.85 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 324, 307, 326-A/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated due to land dispute.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence due to land dispute this petitioner along with her husband threw acid causing injury to the informant and his brother.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no injury caused to the informant and his brother. Learned Sessions Judge has discussed about the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66641 of 2018(3) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 diary and has found no injury on the person of injured. Petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VII, Bettiah, West Chamapran, in connection with Bairiya P.S.
