The petitioner, who is an applicant for being considered for appointment on the post of Anganwari Sevika at the concerned Centre, is aggrieved by the fact that the process of selection has not been completed even though the

The petitioner has made representation before the concerned authority, namely, the C.D.P.O. and the District Programme Officer but till date the process has not been completed.

The petitioner is directed to make a suitable representation before the C.D.P.O. of the concerned Block, detailing her grievance and making a request for completing the process of selection as early as possible. On receipt of such complaint / representation, the concerned C.D.P.O. (Respondent No. 6) shall pass an order within a period of 30 days as mandated in the new Guidelines of 2019. If the C.D.P.O. does not pass any order within the aforesaid period, the case of the petitioner would stand automatically transferred to the office of the District Programme Officer, who would be under an obligation to pass an order in accordance with law, within a reasonable period of time. If the petitioner still remains dissatisfied, she can prefer a revision against the aforesaid order before the concerned Divisional Commissioner, who shall pass the order
