The petitioner seeks bail in Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR was instituted against unknown. It has been further submitted that during investigation the recovery of the stolen motorcycle was done, for which Piro P.S. Case No. 193 of 2018 was registered against the petitioner. The petitioner was arrested in Piro P.S. Case No. 193 of 2018, on the basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused Sukhdeo Muni and Md. Mustakh and petitioner has been remanded in this case. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72561 of 2018(2) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 been submitted. He is in custody since 18.06.2018. It has been further submitted that petitioner has already been granted bail in Piro P.S. Case No. 193 of 2018 by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52577 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. Xth, Ara, in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018. Both the bailors will be close relative of petitioner.
