The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sirdalla (Meskaur) P.S. Case No. 5 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 216(A), 225 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly, there is no incriminating article which has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, and the petitioner's name has transpired in this case only on mere suspicion.

Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR and also the fact that the enquiry was not conducted in his presence, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of

No.33021 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri. Subir Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada in connection Sirdalla (Meskaur) P.S. Case No. 5 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
