Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section--3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act. Petitioner is in jail custody since 13-02-2016 on the accusation that he threw bombs on the informant as well as his son but admittedly, no one sustained injury in the alleged occurrence and, furthermore, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
