The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 198 of 2010, registered under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In pursuance of the order dated 1.3.2017, the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran at Motihari, is present in the Court. The Superintendent of Police informed that all the witnesses have been examined, except a few one and the next date fixed is 29.3.2017 and on that date, the left out witnesses shall be examined.

Considering the fact that the trial is in progress, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. The same is rejected with a direction to the Superintendent of Police,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49813 of 2016 (5) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 East Champaran at Motihari to produce all the left out witnesses on the next date fixed, so that the trial is concluded within two months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
