JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-08-2016 Heard Sri Ansul, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Md. Arif, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Earlier, in this case, a report was called for from the court below regarding stage of the case, which has been received and kept at Flag-A. The report dated 27.07.2016 makes it clear that in this case after framing of charge, till date two witnesses have already been examined.

Since, the trial is going on, there is no reason to review my earlier order. The petition stands dismissed. While dismissing the present petition, it is desirable to observe that the learned trial court may take all steps, so that the case may come to its logical end without unnecessary delay.
