2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner alongwith other coaccused persons committed murder of daughter of informant for dowry.

4. Petitioner is husband of the deceased.

5. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has never tortured or demanded any dowry. As a matter of fact, daughter of the informant was a short-tempered lady and due to family feud, she committed suicide when petitioner was not present at home.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is

6. Considering the nature and gravity of the offence and the fact that petitioner is husband of the deceased and there is specific allegation of committing torture and demand of dowry against him, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
