JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-12-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauni Rail P.S.Case No. 82 of 2018 registered under Section 414 of the Indian penal Code and 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of pistol with three cartridges and apart from that he is accused in five other cases.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case and is in custody for about seven months.

Heard learned APP also who has opposed the prayer of bail on the ground that petitioner has many criminal antecedents.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70216 of 2018(2) dt.07-12-2018 2/2 this stage.

However, petitioner may renew prayer of bail after framing of charge.
