Learned counsel for the petitioners are expected to honour their undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 337, 308, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assault and sustained injury by the informant side. It is submitted that it is a case of land dispute between the parties. It is a case and counter case, both parties
