The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 973 of 2019 registered under Sections 341/323/420/406/494/498A/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is ready to maintain the informant by providing adequate amount, as mentioned in paragraph nos. 2 and 3 to the supplementary affidavit. Further
