The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case no. 601 of 2016 registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The mobile phones, wrist watch and cash Rs. 10,000/- of the informant is said to have been stolen from his house in the night by some miscreants.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious physical possession. He is named in the case only on the basis of his confessional statement. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 02.06.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let
