The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the miscreants robbed the informant and his brother leading to registration of FIR against eight unknown. Name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of co accused Shambhu Kumar who confessed his guilt in another case being Chanan P.S. Case No. 35 of 2014.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that except confession, nothing has been collected against the petitioner nor any recovery has been made from the petitioner.

No.35064 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 101 of 2014 pending in the court of learned ACJM, Lakhisarai. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
