In absence of informant, Rahul Kumar, unknown criminals made house trespass and took away the items so detailed therein. Petitioner's presence has been perceived in terms of Para-51 on the basis of inculpatory extra-judicial confessional statement of Laltush Chaudhary. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. That being so, petitioner, Raju Swarnkar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P. S. Case no.996 of 2015.
