2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bagaha Mahila P.S. Case No. 72 of 2023 instituted under Sections 376, 420, 323, 379, 504/506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the dewar of the victim. He and his family members are said to have cheated the victim, taken her money, sold her tempo and has also committed rape with her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a certified copy of the chargesheet to show that the chargesheet has been submitted under Sections 341/323/504/498-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56965 of 2024(2) dt.31-08-2024 2/2 bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submission of chargesheet under Section 498-A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 03.06.2024, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of SDJM, Bagaha, West Champaran/concerned court in connection with Bagaha Mahila P.S. Case No. 72 of 2023.
