Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender within the period granted, vide order dated 27.04.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 5303 of 2015 and, accordingly, prays for extension of time.

Prayer is allowed.
