Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307/34 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as 27 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner is said to have opened fire giving threatening to the informant to withdraw the previous case. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of, altogether, four cases but admittedly, investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and having more or less similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by the learned court below itself. Moreover, according to the prosecution case itself, none has sustained any injury in the alleged occurrence. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
